Will the winner of Wladdy vs Haye be called "undisputed HW champ"?

I agree that the RING were right to put the Wladmir #1 v Chagaev #3 fight for their title however in the strict sense of the term lineal the #1 and #2 must fight for a new lineage and until Vitali or Wladmir lose and the winner fights the other brother we will not have a lineal champion.

Undisputed I guess encompasses the belts, so whilst Wladmir hasn't got any claim on the WBC belt he won't be undisputed.
