    since Conor McGregor seems to be getting his backside whooped in that other 'sport' does anyone else think he'll ever have a second professional boxing match? he could go 0-2 if he brings Malignaggi out of retirement

    He only does exhibition bouts.....and there are plenty of mugs/followers who will happily line his pockets

    Can you imagine McGregor vs Loma, I'd cripple myself in debt for a front row ticket for that humiliation

    Why the “sport”?

    MMA is a sport, and has practitioners who are world class combatants that have excelled in their discipline.
    Much like you would expect Conor to lose to Floyd in boxing, Floyd would be quickly annihilated by Conor in MMA.

    That doesn’t diminish either the ability of Floyd as a boxer nor the legitimacy of boxing as a sport.
