I highly doubt it. Hopkins doesn't want to take the risk of having a severely downgraded Jones somehow pull out a second win on him. He has much less to lose if he goes out on his sword against a young fighter.

I thought 60-40 to the winner was the absolute most fair thing for both, but Hopkins didn't want part of it. I doubt this will ever happen...both of them are hard headed egomaniacs.

its been 15,16 years....um NO....jones rather fought his share of richard halls, a byrds, brannons, punching postmen, fighting cops, and bhop feasted on carl daniels, simon brown, robert allen 3 times, mormar hakofs or whatever he was, keith homes, list goes on....so no, they would rather fight ANYONE other than each other....
i mean, hopkins fought friggin robert allen 3 damn times....and couldnt fight roy for a 2nd?

I want to see it, The fight itself wont be fight of the year material but the build up to it would be awsome

I'd rather Jones keep his dignity than get his ass kicked. Hopkins still has it; Jones does not. Jones should either retire or stay on the dog and pony show circuit - at least he's entertaining there and makes his fans feel good.

Besides, their first fight wasn't that interesting. It later turned out to be significant, but at the time it was an underwhelming performance from two reluctant fighters.

Well it won't with Jones talking about 60-40 to the winner. Bernard is looked at as currently a much better fighter. Also consider Jones was demanding more after Hops ko'd Tito. Why would Hops even take that offer seriously.
