He's asking if we'll ever get an action-packed war like Bowe-Holy. I think YOU'RE the dunce.

Let me rephrase it for the mentally challenged. Will there ever be a fight for the true heavyweight champion of this era against another highly skilled challenger where BOTH are willing to put everything on the line and give the fans an exciting fight like the first Bowe-Holycield fight? Personally I don't see it happen because most contenders today aren't very skilled and the champion chooses to play it safe instead of thrilling true boxing fans and not just those who root for him because of his color. Would you rather I use another example including a different fight?

Jab , how much do you think the absence of a hot hw division is hurting boxing?

No. Skills that advanced are gone from HW boxing.

Everytime Fury steps in the ring will be the closest you'll get in terms of entertainment value.

Stervine Arreola was a very entertaining fight. Fury Chisora could trump it.

When Fury fights , its a must watch.

No, 2 top class American Heavyweights at all would be too much to ask for already. Then they have to fight eachother, and it needs to be a classic.

    Chances reduced to about 0,1%

    :deal

And that's sad ,the problem is lack of great trainers to fine tune these so that we can get guys as skilled as that!

No, if Wlad's involved in it! The guy showed that he doesn't have it against Brewsta the first time around.

We have had two classics in the 2000s that are close for pure entertainment value:

    Brewster/Liakhovik
    Vitali/Lewis

Not True Championship level but fun:

    Povetkin/Huck
    Adamek/Walker
    Fury/Cunningham
Cunningham/Mansour-one of the most dramatic I've seen in some time, beautiful fight.

They were entertaining but not as skilled as Bowe. Holyfield

Holyfield/Bowe wasn't a battle of skills. It was a dramatic brawl made memorable from the heart on display by Holyfield. Evander came out looking to close the gap and load up on big shots as early as the first round.

No there won't, which is a shame because Holy-Bowe 1 is my favourite fight

    Other HW fights of note in 1992 were Holmes-Mercer & Holyfield, Lewis-Ruddock & Moorer-Cooper.

That's back when the division was packed with talent & exciting as hell.

That was a skilled brawl .Not 2 guys just winging away .Each fight was diffrent with both guys making adjustements .

Barrera Moraless 1 was also an example of a skilled brawl

I think Cunningham/Mansour rivals Moorer/Cooper in my book. Both wild as hell and very dramatic.
