Will Truax beat De Gale even easier this time?

I'd say yes. Truax owned him in the first fight. James De Gale is way too soft for Truax. De Gale will eventually become a gatekeeper at 168 or 175 which is exactly his level.

Seems Degale needed more time off, if Traux wins the rematch I hope Degale hangs em up

DeGale will smash Truax in the second fight. DeGale UD wide.

It will be embarrassing if Degale loses again, he has to win and win big. If he wins but looks poor doing so, he should hang them up. Same with my boy Haye. If Haye beats Bellew but fails to blitz him out like Adonis did it’s time to call it a day.

    Is the rematch signed?

DeGale's performance should improve considerably in a return bout. He was never elite, but he was certainly a grade or two above Truax at his best. If he goes life and death and gets busted up again, it'll be a clear sign that wear and tear have caught up with him — in that case, he should consider calling it a career.

I overrated degale bigtime but surely he can take care of Truax in a rematch.

Yes, Truax will stop him this time, I think Chunky hasn't let how vicious a beatdown that was sink in, he took a ton of damage in that fight, coupled with the beatings he's received at the hands of Medina and Jack, he's ripe for a KO loss.

Degale is probably the most unprofessional boxer in the game. He’s constantly out in Marbella, Ibiza, Dubai, London partying. That partying includes doing stuff professional athletes shouldn’t be doing...

I think he’s took himself away since the defeat and not done any of that and for his sake hopefully worked hard this time round and avenges his loss.

I’m just not sure whether all the partying and injuries have took its toll and he’s finished though.

    I can’t pick between them.

Wow, I completely missed the March 10 announcement. It seems a bit soon, IMO. DeGale should have taken more time to rest up and make sure his body was right and then taken on a dedicated two-month training camp to focus on this guy. It doesn't matter that it's only Truax — he gave you fits once already and took your belt, whatever the circumstances, so there's no room for error or cutting corners.

Then again, Truax could easily lose that strap if he had an interim bout while DeGale was taking his time.

I still feel that DeGale should improve on his last showing, but the conditions aren't ideal.
