They keep records of the champs and both will be remembered. We still remember James Figg and Tom Molineaux and lots of other old time greats. No reason why the Klitchtko brothers won't be remembered for having done what they did. Anyway, Wlad is an Olympic gold medalist, so his name will always be remembered. And Vitali came back after 4 years, without a tune up, and easily and decisively dominated the man who had borrowed his title in the interim. To not give Vitali credit after having built up Peter looks pretty bad.
