If Sosnowski isn't considered adequate to challenge Vitali, then why what's the case for Harrison? Much more interesting would be Harrison/Haye. Harrison meets the profile for a Haye challenge ( he's pushing 40 etc), though even so he might be a bit too dangerous for Haye.
As long as there is no doubt that Vitali fights the best available (!) opponents then I have no problem with his opponents. If that means he has to box bums like Sosnowski then that's not Vitali's fault. I heard not a single top 20 heavyweight complain to Vitali for overlooking him as a challenger. Their silence is deafening.
I have always maintiained that the man should go on a seniors tour- fight Toney, Bowe, holyfield, Maskaev, Rahamn..anyone who wants to get in the ring and make money. But it doesn't seem at all realistic.
I never meant to imply this. It just seems to me that he is not interested- maybe he is not enough legacy boost.
I wish Vitali would keep fighting until someone beats him. But realistically, he should retire at 42-2 to surpass Lennox. After he beats Sosnowski: Tua (big name, interesting matchup) Holyfield (he is a big name,Vitali retires him) A-Force Harrison Briggs- hes called out the klits before Toney- because I dont like him and want to see him brutalized
