In the end aj lost because he couldn't take Dubois punches but Dubois could take a few of his. His chin and recovery were always terrible. Wilder would've eventually landed that KO shot on aj after getting beat up/outboxed around the ring for several rounds.

i have my doubts that aj could actually knock him out cold or beat him down bad enough without getting caught

AJ at least lets his hands go where Wilder of late is totally frozen by fear
    AJ by TKO/ ref stoppage

AJ isn't getting within a mile of a guy who can bang for a long time.

I saw someone say Zhang, and I laughed my balls off. Doubt AJ would get within the same time zone as Zhang right now.

We won’t see it now because Wilder is completely washed and retired.

And both men would want too much money for this fight that no one is interested in anymore.

If it did happen then you would have to have AJ to get the KO around 9-10 rounds or a UD for AJ.

Still AJ, the Dubois loss doesn't change the fact his last 2 wins gave Fury a lot of trouble (Wallin also beat Gassiev who is probably Usyk's 3rd best win). Wilder's completely useless now.

I'd watch it but it's way less of an event that it was.

Maybe it put in on the undercard of a Katie Taylor fight.

The fight would still make a lot of money. Let's be honest, we would ALL be watching it.

    We're nearly into 2025.

Realistically he needs to fight Wilder next. He doesn't just get to skip ahead to Fury before Dubios (Usyk has indicated he wants a break after Fury) and rematching Dubios too soon will end his career.

It's definitely the most winnable fight for AJ. Still a 50/50 in my book because if Wilder lands flush AJ is going to sleep.

    Man for what??????????????

This would be a fight that would be beyond meaningless. The luster of this fight is gone, it's completely gone. Wilder is completely finished and Joshua is only tenuously holding on to a top 10 ranking.

    Povetkin
    Dubois
    J-Park
    Fat Andy
    Pulev
    Whyte
