cotto's just beaten the legit MW king (though he was a shadow of his former self), and the 'carrot' of claiming the legit MW title from a blown up welter he has already beaten is a big one

 

It seems like a logical fight for Mayweather but I'm telling you he won't take it. Cotto will beat him this time and Mayweather knows it. He ain't gonna fight him again.
