Will we have a lineal and/or undisputed 140 pound champion by the end of 2011?

With Khan facing Maidana, Bradley supposably fighting Alexander in March. and the winner ideally facing off, do you have faith in a undisputed champion by the end of 2011/start of 2012? Or do you believe somehow they will avoid eachother/something will stop them. Its rare to have an undisuputed champion and id love to see one, 140s the division i got my eye on with the best chance of it happening.. thoughts?

its up to bradley and alexander to grow some balls now

What im fearing to be honest. Well not of them pussying out but more to do with negotiations being run by egos and over pricing yourself as it seems to nowadays

Lineal yes, undisputed no. It sounds like Bradley and Alexander will have an automatic rematch clause. if that's the case, the winner will probably get stripped of a belt or two, making undisputed impossible. But the winner there won't have many options left after the fight, and the Khan-Maidana winner won't have many options either. A matchup between the winners will be as big as it can get, so presumably the winners would face each other in late 2011 or early 2012, unless by some freak chance Pacquiao or Mayweather gives one of them a shot.

The linear champion is Pacquiao at 140 is it not? To start a new lineage would someone not need to become undisputed?

I usually consider them to still have the belt when stripped. E.g. Calzaghe had been stripped of the IBF title by the time he fought Kessler but realistically speaking that fight was for all the marbles.

In my mind if they've won all belt without losing any of them in the ring they are genuinely undisputed, no?

****ing rematch clause's wont allow that. Be it Bradley or Alexander who loss's, there'll without a doubt be a rematch.

Honestly I do admit he's got skills enough to be competative with the top 140's, but that **** he pulled against Funeka made me lose a big bunch of respect for him.
