Floyd wouldn't even stand toe to toe with Baldomir, how the fvck can you expect him to do it with a much better fighter in Hatton?

Floyd will run like a geeze and win one of the most boring "super" fights ever.

Ya, that's why I think 38k people went to see Calzaghe beat up Manfredo? Is that also why thousands cross the Atlantic to see Hatton?

Yes he did. Just because Oscar couldn't land the shots he threw doesn't mean Floyd didn't stand in front of him. Watch it again.

Personally I don't think either guy is going to keep their words. But really... Floyd doesn't run from his opponents like people brand him to do. He doesn't let his opponents fight their fight so if that means getting out of range then so be it. Usually he back tracks to catch people coming in but he is there to fight. The ref will play a huge factor for Hatton's outcome. If he allows roughness and bending of the rules then I can see Hatton having some upseting chance but if the ref only allows few illegal moves then Hatton is going to be KOed.

Hatton maybe a better overall fighter, but he's nowhere near as big, he sure doesn't hit as hard, and he sure doesn't have Baldo's beard! It doesn't make since to stand toe to toe w/someone like Baldo once you realize this. I can bet you that at 147lbs Baldo beats the **** out of Hatton!

Do you think Hatton would go toe to toe w/Baldo and win?:nono

Floyd stood in the pocket with Baldomir for 6 rounds and abort mission of a possible KO by then since he hurt his hands. Risk of injury to stop someone like Baldomir is pointless. Judah and Gatti was shock when they see the old man wouldn't stop coming forward and I can't believe Forrest didn't KO baldomir since he has every advantage over Bald in size, reach, and strength.

If Floyd went toe-to-toe with Baldomir he'd have a better chance of winning then standing toe-to-toe with Hatton, simply because Hatton is the better, more skilled guy with awesome speed and power.

    Still I am right, right?
Hatton is more dangerous to Floyd then Baldomir, period..

Yea you are right, Hatton is obvious better than Baldomir in terms of skills but so was Judah and Gatti. Apparantly there is something that Baldomir have that build up his 19 win streaks and two upsets. Hatton doesn't have his chin. So yea Floyd may have to deal with a better fighter but at least he can hurt this one and make him stop coming forward like a mad man.

Yes..., There will be an exciting fight. But not Floyd-Hatton. It will be in the undercards like Penalosa-Deleon or Lacy-Manfredo.

face facts, boxing is a minor side issue when it comes to sport in the uk these days. warren is struggling to flog 60k+ for the biggest fight of calzaghes career in his own backyard. how many went with hatton, 8k? wow, how many are in paris right now for the rugby? how many follow the cricket and football teams all over the planet? a hell of a lot more.
