IMHO - and IF he fights, he will not fight successfully.
MAYBE he will have some wins, but he won't have wins over TOP 10 HW boxers.
P.S. in his long career he had very few wins over TOP 10 HW boxers; Stiverne, Ortiz and is there another win?

I am one of the biggest Wilder haters around and arguably the first. I was just wondering.

My own idea is that the Fury fights actually taught him about boxing, and now he understand that he only generates power by overextending and leaving himself vulnerable to be crowded or countered. He is hesitant because he knows if he does it does it, a good fighter is going to make him pay.

What he endured against Fury, in combination with Malik’s trying to make him something he’s not and stifling his natural abilities has ruined him.

I hope he retires, its only more wear and tear on him from here - but I doubt he will… as others have pointed out, he will probably need the money.

Agreed. Not to mention he's aging. Those fast-twitch fibers he rely on for his power are likely all but gone at 38.

Ngannou says he is wanting to box again possibly at the end of the year, if that happens Wilder would have to be the obvious choice, huge money fight despite Wilder being washed up and Ngannou getting blitzed by AJ.

Nah, Kamala should make Wilder secretary of defense, since you know, that was one of Wilders strong points as a boxer. LOL

    No.
    He’s completely done, cooked… finito !

You could see from the first round against Parker his legs were like wood… shot to bits ! He should never have even been in the ring against Zhang after that, it was blindly obvious he’s done.
