Will he fight again? Almost certainly.

Should he fight again? Hell no. Wilder will be 39 next month and is completely and utterly shot.

I reckon Wilder v Makhmudov would be a fun and fair fight to make at this stage of their careers.

He says he will, but I don't think so.

He's been exposed and probably won't beat anyone in the Top 10. In the today's state of boxing tho, nobody wants to see him fighting tomato cans anymore. He can't get into another witness protection programme. People want him facing top competition. Especially Mr. Turki. So he either can take another big fight for a lot of money but risk further damage to his brain, or retire in peace. I don't think he will face fringe contenders like Joyce, Chisora or Makhmudov for scraps. He's used to earning big money now, and won't receive it for these kind of fights.

I actually don't think his hubris will allow him to fight again.

He'll probably fight again because he's getting fleeced by his ex -- and apparently hasn't learned his lesson -- so needs the money. So he will get knocked out a couple more times as an opponent and potentially suffer more long-term damage.

This is the stage of a fighter's career that I hate. Boxing isn't like other sports.

Francis makes sense. 2 low skilled heavy hitters both coming off KO loses.
