Would probably beg Hearn for the Whyte fight

Probably not. He'd just say Ortiz is a drug cheat and he's still the best.

    I don't think he'd retire, but I think he'd be far more
    humble.

Maybe he`d agree to drop the 50/50% split for the AJ fight down to a 49/51% split.

Why would he possibly retire with 1 loss on his record ???

he's 32 ffs , plenty of big pay days left even if he is beaten or KO'd

He seems pretty deluded. He'll probably make some excuses and carry on acting like he's the greatest fighter ever.

If he lost he would be hunting for a belt and would likely face Parker, Fury or AJ.

So it could only be a good thing.

too many fighters lose there undefeated record and are not seen again for a year plus.

to me throw them back in the ring 2 or 3 times v top 20 /30 fighters / get his confidence back and then back v a title fight

No Wilder is looking for a bigger fight to cash out on.

If it was Joshua he would though.

He'd also be wishing he faced Povetkin in retrospect, that fight would have made him as much money as the rest of his career combined has

But then he'd be high risk low reward for other fighters. Poetic Justice, in that he was the personification of avoiding those fighters until Ortiz.

He'll smoke a massive bong with Charles Martin for a year then come back, slagging off drugs cheats and see nothing hypocritical in that.

Only AJ can provide that though and his camp might decide not to oblige.
