Kubrat Pulev shows very little head movement. Plus he lacks the power to even bother Wladimir.

Wladimir should be able to put on an offensive showcase here. It's also on HBO, so this is actually a chance for him to look really good.

 

I know what you mean, but Brewster didn't actually land a left hook in the 3rd. It was more like an "unorthodox straight left" that had Wlad scrambling right there.

This misunderstanding is probably why Unleash assumed you were talking about the end of the fight, because Brewster landed a couple of left hooks in the 5th (which is the round the fight was stopped).

 

There will be a lot less holding in this fight due to the size of Pulev. A lot of Wlad's holding is due to shorter opponents rushing in, or when Wlad misses a right hand and falls into a shorter opponent.

 

a rare proper defence for wlad, I shall perhaps record this on eurosport.
