No need to fight Sanders unless he does something notable in the next year or two

Sanders is out indefinitely with a broken hand, which he broke in the first round of his last fight, which is why he looked so crappy. if you did some research instead of just hating, you would have known that.

True, he should fight a top 10 guy like Thompson, TOS or a rematch against Rahman.

Wladimir is a champion, he can´t fight over the hill guys like Sanders even if he wanted to.

Beating Sanders at this point wouldn´t prove anything anyway.

I read in an interview on Klitschko.com (the one about training for the 2nd Brewster fight) he had tried but apparently **** went down and he wasn't able to get it. I really don't see the use of fighting Sanders at this point and time as he's older and probably not the same after the Klitschko thrashing but I suppose Sanders would be better then a Ray Austin mandatory type.

In a year or two, Sanders will be even older, and if they are going to fight him, they need to get him in the ring, now, while he's still young.

But really, if they are to fight him, it should be now, back to back with the Brewster rematch, while the Ibrag Chag winner is being determined.

And besides rematching Sanders, there is noone else left out there, besides Virchis. Those are the only two theasible opponents for Wlad, from who's available now. In my opinion.

I respect Wlad for beating Peter, Brock, Byrd, and Brewster. He's fighting the best guys. I can't fault him for taking the second Brewster fight, although Brewster shouldn't have taken it.

But, he should now demand the winner of Ibragimov/Chagaev, then Maskaev. Unify and then take on whoever is at the top in a year or year and a half. Perhaps Povetkin.

Sadly for Wlad there really isn't a foil out there now to test him.

Maybe Vitali, but that ain't happening.

Why didn't Wladimir consider this when it actually meant something?... meaning BEFORE Vitali whooped them both. Talk about a Sanders rematch not being worth much, Purrity will do the least for his legacy, but what the hell.. if Wladimir has time to kill, he can do whatever the hell he wants.

Corrie refused to give Vlad a rematch, but Vlad tried. Brewster refused to give Vlad a rematch, until Brewster lost the title to Lyakhovich. Don King know Brewster would lose to Vlad in a rematch.
