How many people expected to be at MSG. I think Wlad vs Brock did over 13,000 and add Duddy and it should be a good crowd. Does Sultan have a NY fanbase?

Where did you here that? I think just certain priced tickets are sold out. If they have gotten that many people then why not open the mezzanine for reasonable priced tickets?

Vitali's fight with Kirk Johnson sold out, in spite of a huge snow storm there was a huge crowd, so many showed up in spite of the weather.

Vlad/Sultan has sold extremely well, last I checked, perhaps a week ago, the were only a very few very expensive seats, and I mean expensive! Should be not seats left by fighttime!

The ones I checked out were very expensive ones. There are a lot of Ukrainian's within that general area also.

Ibragimov/Austin was the highest rated FNF ever.

I hope so, they really need to play it up.
I'm certain it'll do big numbers in Europe but they need to make sure they promote it strongly enough to do well in the US as well.

Actually, tickets sold quite well from the beginning. Germany attracts more fans, they really put the butts in the seats.

I think it will be quite a big draw for two non-Americans fighting each other in NYC.

It'l be full or very close to it im sure.

Duddy may be a huge reason for this also, he sells well in NY and its his first fight in the big apple for awhile

I think the fight will be a highly rated HBO event. We are lucky. This is a PPV type of fight.

I think it will do pretty good on HBO, alot better than the Calzaghe/Kessler fight, which did extremely poor numbers wise.

Klitschko will be on Conan tomorrow to promote the fight.
