That has nothing to do with it at all. Truth is there are no other HOFers because fighters today do not fight the other top fighters consistently enough. Color is irrelevant. If there were a fighter today that cleaned out all the other top fighters but just could never beat Wlad, that man would be considered.

So you're just a newbie assuming I like black fighters even though I haven't made race an issue once? Keep trying son! :yep

Well, well, well...look who comes strolling in after having his alt called out. How very predictable. And all while supposedly having me on ignore and wanting nothing to do with me. Face it son, you're completely obsessed with me! :rofl

Vladimir Klitschko is beating all of the best fighters in his division. Not to mention winning the gold medal back in 1996, super-heavyweight division..........

Not true, not true at all. A typical casual fan statement. I think you'll find that Sanders also destroyed Carlos De Leon inside the first round as well. That's two ATG's Sanders iced within 3 rounds, impressive, not many others will ever match that stat.

Go back to any point in HW history and you will see that those standing out as 'exceptional talents' rarely ever made it to ATG/HOF'dom. On the flipside you have fighters who were written off earlier in their career. Would you have bet Lewis would make it to the HOF when he was 30? What about Vitali or Wlad in 2000? On the flipside you could compile a list of dozens of so-called 'exceptional talents' who never amounted to anything -- Rademacher/Solis/Harrison.

The truth is having socalled 'talent' around gives you zero percent correlation with the likelihood of having a genuine HOF or ATG fighter around.

Wlad does have talent, he is actually pretty good at what he does, pick someone who gasses fast, run, wrestle jab till they tire and then hit them hard. Its when he fights guys who are above or at the same the standard of 37 year old retiree nevercontenders who can still hit that he can come unstuck.

And yet he managed to beat Povetkin and also Haye, so you have to give him crdit for being able to outwrestle some primes too. He also won an Olympic gold, so he has always had this level of ability.

So in my eyes hes pretty good. BUt can he ever beat HoFers and ATGs? Of course not, his level of competence comes unstuck at 37 year old retired no hopers. Its no surprise that he never chose to fight one of the big postprime HoF/ATGs of the late 90s early 00s even though he could have fought some - he would have been destroyed faster than KO2 by Corrie.

This sums up the typical Klittard logic. "Oh no one likes him, they must hate white people"

Lewis wasn't liked and he was black so that pretty much destroys the theory.

    Its the other way round.

Ali was hated way more over his Vietnam stance.

Johnson was in danger of his life fr not being white.

    Holmes was disliked intensely.

If they'd been white some of them would have had it easier.

He's loved on here though, why I don't know as he quit shamefully in my view and was KTFO'd early doors twice while an established seasoned champion by single shots from vastly less than atg opponents.
