This is a good card Top Rank is putting together, my favorite current fighter Cotto will be making his comeback and so will Pavlik and on top of that JuanMa Lopez will be fighting his mandatory and just so this PPV does'nt go by too fast they will be putting Ivan Calderon on the card also.

do you know of a price for sure, Jack? I haven't seen it, but usually Top Rank PPV's are in the $30-$40 range.

**** yeah, I'll be in. Cotto and Pavlik are worth that ticket price, even if they're just fighting mandatories or what ever. HBO obviously didn't want to show mismatches, so this is the only way to get it out.

I know you are a hardcore Pavlik fan and more power to you, I hope you and your homies enjoy hot wings and beer and have a cool fight party and watch Cotto and Kelly destroy their opponents.

But in my opinion, the PPV sales for this will be as dismal as the PPV sales for Pavlik-Hopkins, because of the Economy, the rise of MMA PPVs and the fact that these really arent Bigfights such as Pavlik-Williams (If Williams does to Stinky what I think he will), or say, Cotto-Margarito 2.

I thought this was gonna be a huge rip-off but if that's true what you say about JuanMa and Calderon being on the undercard than count me in, rarely do you get 4 top 20 p4p guys on the same PPV even if they're all fight subpar competition.

    nah i swear i wouldnt....

i mean i love williams but im realistic....

im not wasting 50 dollars to see paul williams bludgeon an under skilled/matched opponent....

I like cotto & pavlik to.... but theres just no way im paying 50/40/30 dollars to just see them walk into the ring and fight some burgers(bums/scrubs/losers)

especially seeing how i dont have any money really... its a joke haha

i'd rather just watch a stream of it then watch it the following week on "ondemand" to see the fights clearly... same goes with williams as well if he was fighting michael jennings (since pw CAN get back to ww)

Fair enough. I hope Williams never comes back to 147 because Cotto will eventually have to face him and Williams will beat him IMO.

ha ha I mean i like cotto but who knows with this welterweight merry go round....

cotto didnt get any body shots against margarito really and ive seen paul williams get stung to the body before so who knows...

I do think paul williams would win but it would be interesting...

    i still hope cotto rebounds

I'm not sure what the price is but Cotto + Pavlik + JuanMa is a good place to start.
