I wouldn't be too suprised if Mosley suddenly showed a decline in skills/stamina/whatever and Mayweather stopped him late after things got out of hand....or something like that.

Mosley stopping Mayweather?....hmmmm....it's hard to picture. Anyone who stands in front of Mosley and lets him hit them as hard as he can is probably going to get hurt eventually....but Mayweather won't do that....he might not even engage at all....I don't think this is going to be much different than Mayweather/Judah(minus the riot of course) as far as action goes.

There are only two ways to beat Mayweather IMO....mirror his style by retreating to negate his effectiveness and hope to outland him in a kind of match that is unfamiliar to him, which would take someone like Pernell Whitaker....or unleash a furious onslaught of pressure, power, and lightning fast footwork and maintain it until Mayweather slows down or gets himself DQ'd, which would take someone like Roberto Duran.

But, since Mosley isn't Whitaker and Pacquiao isn't Duran, we might not ever see Mayweather in a good fight(although Mayweather/Castillo was pretty good).

if you think they are going to trade left hooks and mosley gets there faster and kos floyd then you are sadly mistaken., mayweather has fought great fighters that were world champs and future hall of famers.not only that but i think mayweathers chin is underrated because he dont get taped on it alot.shane will see how hardd it is to land his money punches and we he does will be suprised if mayweather takes it and smiles like he often does when gets hit flush.which is not even that flush because mayweather rolls with punches and half blocks them anyway.

shane thinking ko will get beat by ud, and if its hard to ko him then you have to outbox him  good luck with that.i will say shane has the perfect style to beat mayweather, maybe not even style wise but fighter wise.

stronger, fast, smart, experienced.good skills and like merchant says "BOY CAN THAT MAN FIGHT"
so you can take that with the anything can happen in boxing and punchers chance and make a strong case for mosley.

conventionl boxing wisdom says mayweather will win by ud, it also sayed oscar would beat manny.but theres so much that play into it its hard to say.im confident mayweather can take a few of shanes punches if he has to, maybe not like margo did but he want go to sleep from the 1st punch shane lands on him.and its gone to be hard as **** to land punches on him like he did margo and cotto to even break him down.

i would be kinda surprised but not really, boxing anything can happen so that how i look at fights.floyd ud 116 to 112.
