Exactly, the oddsmakers know who really won the first two fights and did'nt get those decisions, and with the Mayweather fight a possibility, they know that Marquez only real chance at victory is by KO. If you're thinking of putting money on Marquez to win by decision, you have to lay your money down knowing that your fighter (Marquez) can very well win 9 of the 12 rounds and still lose by decision. A few of the betting lines I've seen gives you 9/2 odds if you like Marquez to win, meaning you lay down $2 to win $9 if you like Marquez. Since a Marquez decision is unlikely, a better bet would be to get 10/1 odds on a Marqeuz KO, you lay $1 on Marquez to win $10. I would'nt bet on a sure corruption fight like this Marquez-Pac matchup. If you want to bet on Marquez, bet him to win by KO.
that would be a waste of money, pacman isnt getting stopped. Either bet on pac to stop him or decision him or drop him but no bet otherwise, there isnt much value in it.
Just visisted a sight and the odds are 11/10 if you like Pac by KO. You lay down 10 to win 11, close to even money. If Pac wins by decision though, which is the most likely scenario, you dont collect a dime, you lose your money. The oddsmakers have you by your balls.
Pacquiao has moved beyond Marquez in recent years. He's not only still the faster fighter - but now he's the bigger stronger man as well.
I said that in my post. This is'nt a good fight to place money in. Corruption is about at 100% certaintly if it goes to the cards. .....but if you must bet, there's a better chance Marquez wins by KO than he would by decision. If a Casino handed me a $100 voucher that would be valid only on Marquez vs Pac, I'd put all of it on Marquez to win by KO. The possibility still exist that Pac can get dominated again by Marquez, and if that happens, you'd best believe that Marquez is going to press on the gas pedal in those last few rounds to try and end it. I very much see the possibility late in the fight where Marquez will try to draw Pac in to land a big shot. If Marquez lands that huge shot, watchout because unlike the first two fights Marquez knows better this time that he's going to step on the gas pedal full throttle.
Its still a question how well marquez does with the weight this time, but at best I can see it being close again, if boxing politics dont come into play he could win a decision, allthough its very unlikely indeed because of the huge money fight with floyd.
yes, but some people are simply gamblers.... last time i lost was the odlh fight...i learned from my mistake. others probably never learn :rofl
stop yapping, swallow your pride, and just bet on pac!!!:deal marquez by KO???you dont know for ****...:rofl
If I had a million dollars laying around I'd put it all on Pacquiao winning. There is no chance he loses this fight.
