Yes, I will give Khan credit if he beats MAB. If MAB wins, I wonder if people will give him any credit, or if they will just pile on Khan and say that he's overrated.
It's not about beating MAB. It's the how and the why and all that stuff that will decide how his win is viewed. If he gets a close and somewhat disputed decision? No. If he thoroughly outboxes/dominates him? Absolutely.
I'm not too sure about that. Many people would see Khan totally out boxing and dominating MAB as a sign that he is totally shot - and therefore are unlikely to give Khan any credit for the win.
Yeah laughable . . . it's so easy to degrade and inject insult and cloud of doubt in any rankings. And you think you knew better and your ranking is more acceptable? What about WBA who has has MAB AT 4 and JMM at 5? The fact is . . . these boxing governing bodies have their own rankings and have their own procedures how to rank their fighters so you don't expect them to rate fighter the same not unless you capture their belts one by one. Yeah leave the rankings . . . so are you expecting an unknown guys to be fighting the top fighters? You can't disregard ranking irregardless how flawed they maybe. :deal As to Khan . . . he is a up coming fighter fighting an ex triple division champ . . . he would still deserve credit if he wiins.
past prime barerra is still a big step up in class for khan, especially considering two fights ago he was put to sleep... of course this depends how past prime barerra looks
