I won't pay for this one, seeing as I just paid for Mosley/Cotto in November, Mayweather/Hatton last week,, I'll be paying for Taylor/Pavlik II the month after, and Calzaghe/Hopkins if that happens. Can't afford to pay $55 a month, EVERY month.

I won't buy the pay-per-view - but I have friends who will - and I will be there to watch it live.

I voted no. I will be watching it at a friends house but I personally think this is the type of fight that we shouldn't have to pay for. I know I will get **** for that comment, and believe me I love both of those fighters but lets face it; they are well past their primes! Good point by lyraus too; $55 a month gets spendy very quick.

The very fact that this fight is a PPV is outrageous. Its practically an exhibition fight these guys are so removed from relevance right now.

People who buy this only help to insure we will get crappy ppv's in the future. The only way a fight like this gets made is if they THINK it will make money. e the boxing fans keeping dishing out the dough like a bunch of suckers. There is no incentive for them to make good fights if they know we will buy **** like this.

100% true. The only way **** fights like this (and Hopkins/Wright, DLH/Campas etc) will start to get on free to air, is if people simply stop paying for them.

Until then, the promoters are only delivering what the market wants.

Ringside seats are 15K for this fight (see fightnews.com) - That's offensive enough for two fighters who hardly need a payday.
