Will you people consider Chavez Jr as the wbc champion if he beats Zbik?

It would get him respect in my book because it'd show a real progression for his career, and it'd prove he can at least fight and win at the contender level.

Considering he was viewed and treated as basically a novelty for the vast majority of his professional career so far, it's a big improvement in respect level to be viewed as a genuine contender.

 

Yes I will consider him the WBC champ as that is what he will be.

Not that it means much. Everyone knows who the REAL champ is at 160.
