He didn't low blow Corley. The replay clearly shows that it was a legal blow right on the beltline.

That being said, I don't disagree that he resorts to some dirty **** when he's in trouble, but I don't think Manny will get him into any serious problems.

I've always supported Cotto in fights previous to this, and was glad during the times he resorted to dirty tactics. However on this occasion with Manny, I may get a little cheesed off his low blows him to gain an upper hand.

 

No he was fighting back against Corley and landed a vicious body shot that was incorrectly ruled a low blow.

I don't know what network you watched the fight on but on HBO they did a slow motion replay and it was extremly clear that it was a legal shot.

 

Once. The other time people love to mention was a combination of Judah pushing Cotto down and Judah acting somewhat.

And if people respected him NOW knowing he did that, why would the **** be any different?

 

Clottey headbutted and elbowed Cotto as well but you don't see anybody bitching about that.

Clottey jumped to grab him and he pushed him.It's not his fault the canvas was newly painted and wet and Clottey fell like a sack of potatoes.
The rabbit punch was late in the fight,it didn't have no resolve or momentum to shift.

 

In the first round, Cotto had recovered and hurt Judah to the body. Cotto got pushed down, threw a borderline punch and Judah sold it to get some time. The 3rd round deal was blatant obviously.

And most fighters are "dirty" when they get hurt. It's about surviving, not losing with dignity.
