Name one. Other than maybe Lazslo Papp (who was banned from boxing because of his country, and got in for his amateur accomplishments as much as anything else), I can't think of a hall of famer with a worse resume than Zab.

I actually think Judah is very live against Maidana and Khan. Judah hits like a ****ing freight train at 140lbs, Khan's whiskers simply wouldn't handle it.

Dude....there are A LOT of folks in the hall like Eugen Criqui, Len Harvy, Pete Jackson, Jackie Berg, Lloyd Marshall, Zivic...ect. All have similar or less resumes than Zab. And that's only a FEW of Hall of fame fighters I mentioned.

Don't get me wrong......they all had very good careers like Zab. NOT the best but top 5% of all of boxing. Zab doesn't have THE BEST resume but it's better than 95% of all the boxers out there today and his accomplishments have been very good.

Most of those guys other than Zivic are old-timers, which is voted on by a different set of people than the post-war fighters. On top of that:

    - Criqui made it in based on his work not only as a fighter but also as a referee. That's not a bad one, but saying he's better than a few of the worst hall of famers isn't a compelling argument to have him in there.
    - Harvey made it in 30 years after he died and has at least 3 wins on his record better than any on Zab's record
    - Berg won over 150 fights and had like 7 wins over hall of famers, including Tony Canzoneri and Kid Chocolate x2 - I have no idea how you think he's not worthy
    - Marshall just barely made it in this year and had wins over Charley Burley, Ezzard Charles, Joey Maxin, Holman Williams, and Lou Broulliard. Again, you're crazy if you think his resume is worse than Judah's.
    - Zivic is in sort of on the theory that Gatti will get in on - he was immensely popular, was a big action star, and still did pretty darn good. Even though Zivic probably got in for the wrong reasons, even HE still has wins over Hank Armstrong, Bummy Davis, Sammy Agnott, and Charley Burley, all of which are better wins than Corey Spinks.

I could probably go on like this all day, because I can pretty much guarantee you that there's nobody from the modern era who's in there whose best win as is poor as Judah's best win, and there's probably nobody, period, whose second best win is as bad as Judah's second best win.

the funny thing is that he has the credentials resume wise in some regards, but his disgraceful character and glass heart will keep him from being nominated. He has no real fanbase. everyone hates him.

FWIW, Ricardo Mayorga is more worthy of a hall of fame spot than Judah, on the same criteria as the Judah supporters are proferring, and I've NEVER heard anyone mention Mayorga as even being a candidate for the Hall.

I think ALL of the guys I mentioned are WORTHY of the Hall including Zab based on their accomplishements. Sure Zab has lost most of the big fights he's had but he's gotten some very good wins and has been a world champion numerous times in 2 seperate weight classes. The thing about the old days is the activity and EVERYONE fought and faced everyone...WIN, LOSE or DRAW.

Zab is in a different era and his accomplishemnts are based on HIS ERA! Which is why I have NO doubt Zab is in the Hall of Fame for boxing.

Well, if Donald Curry's (a guy who would beat the **** outta Zab) not in the hall of fame...
