Say Fulton did not fight Dempsey in 1918, and Willard defended his title against him. This would mean Willard would be one year younger and perhaps in a bit better shape, living the high life one year less and probably seeing Fulton as a bigger threat than he did Dempsey. Who takes it if it goes, say, 20 rounds?
