It is time for Zepeda to get a top fight. He and Tank or Isaac Cruz would be very interesting.

I gotta get up early tomorrow to go on a six hour drive for our vacation, so I almost decided to just sleep through this. Then I remembered who was fighting and figured it wouldn't keep me up too late

I wanna see Zepeda in with a bigger name next. I think him and Frank Martin would make a good fight. Zepeda vs. Davis would be great but something tells me Davis wouldn't touch him with a thirty foot pole.

Diaz talking about? Tired in the later rnds? Gesta got beat for 6 rnds. It wasn't his stamina. It was eating punches.

Can you make an argument? His opponent was not a C level fighter? He should not be fighting better opponents at this stage of his career? a high level fighter won't be able to pick that basic style apart?

I have to disagree. A club level style is something like Mickey Ward but worse.. Zepeda is a couple of skill levels better than that.

There is a Marciano style deceptiveness to his defense while swarming. Rolling, aware while inside. Maybe that's a bad comparison. Idk

He called out the only fighter that moved out of the division, lol.

Rocky may be a bit if a stretch but I do see some defensive stylistic comparisons.
