Stinky Gloves stop whining like a *****, there are no fighters that come into the ring under the weight limit, even the guys who are shorter than Paul Williams, but you don't say **** about them, you whine and cry about how its unfair because Paul is soooo tall and long, well tough titty *****.
I'm just saying Williams is a clever guy who have the abilities to cut his weight then balloon up and have both size and weight advantage .. the rules promotes this and that why he is successful at 147-154lb .... but as the weight rising up Williams is loosing his advantage and probably 154 is the highest he can go even if his frame could carry weight up to CW limit. Williams knows that, thats why he is getting back to chase small guys at WW. Its Williams who confirms my whining by his ***** actions.
Did anyone else notice that Paul and Mayweather both are listed by HBO as having a 26" arm length? Anyway I think his best weight is JM. He takes a lot, he misses a lot and he lands a lot. Anyone 154 and down can't keep up, except Martinez, and maybe Floyd. Williams seems to be making 154 easy enough so moving to 168 to fight guys his own height won't happen anytime soon, but I don't think he would do bad their either he'd still outwork most of the super six.
Dude weighs 152.5 for a 154 pound fight. And that's after eating a normal to heay diet during training camp. He is just naturally skinny. He didn't even need to really rehydrate after the weighin Friday. He just went and ate, and hung around a little bit. That next morning he just sat comfortably, ate breakfast, and went upstairs for some sleep. No IV's. No treadmills the night before, No eating like a pig and drinking massive amounts of fluids after the weighin. He makes 147 a lot more comfortably than most people who are known for fighting at 147. You are only saying this because he's so tall, but height has no bearing on where a fighter fights.
It's a weight class, not a height class. The same logic that says Williams should fight guys "his own size" because he is tall would have us believe that Miranda and Mosely should be in the same division.
The problem is that people who support PW deny the fact he has the huge height advantage which help him in the wins and they are claiming that the semi equal weight is the only proper measure of the fairness. So this brings the question from the thread ... how would PW do against the guys who have the same weight but also are as tall as he or even if he had the same weight but fought guys who are taller than him .... say Dawson for example? In this case the people who support PW are claiming its not fair for PW just to ask such question which is puzzling a bit.
... but we can always speculate how would he do over there, its seems that in case of PW all the speculations how would he do against taller people are forbidden from the first principle as being not fair for him.
Changing the subject a bit, but did anyone else think the punch Williams used to put Martinez down was to the back of Martinezs head?
