Their feet are clearly tied up just before they come into the frame. Wake up.

I had it 1-1-1 in the 3 completed rounds. Williams took the first, second was a draw and Cintron took third. The 4th looked to be heading to PW.

have not watched the fight yet but it seems as if 2 judges saw the fight completely differently to a lot of people.

The point that you idiots think he jumps, is right after his upper body hits the top of the ropes and is propelled over by his momentum.

oh yes, he definitely jumped onto his head to cause a possibly career damaging injury, sounds logical... only ESB.

    * it's strange how cintrons leg pumps and propels him ...
    * I noticed something wrong with the ropes from the minute williams came into the ring and was trying to bounce off each side.

Look at the 25 - 30sec frame. The video was focused on Kermit's feet. You can clearly see that Kermit jumped again. If you launch your two feet together, that's called jumping.

Just finished watching the Williams-Cintron match. That sucked. Seriously. I had Cintron up 2-1 and I can't count the 4th round. It's incomplete!

Here's my initial feelings before I let this sink in and I think about it any longer.

    - Neither man deserves the win after that showing. California rules be damned, that should either be a draw (if I'm forced to count the 4th round) or a no contest due to a bizarre ring occurrence.

    - I was impressed by Cintron's speed and body/head movement. It seemed like if he could keep his movement throughout the fight, then he could also keep it close.

    - Where was the pressure from Williams? I thought he would start by using his range, but instead Cintron was the one keeping distance and focusing on a counter. This could just be a result of the southpaw/orthodox mentality, but I was expecting Williams to at least do some pressure with his 1-2's. I'm aware he opened up for the 4th, but that was only 40 seconds of pressure after 3 rounds had elapsed.

    - One ref gave all the rounds to Williams!!! Whoever that was, they should be fired. NOW. The judges in boxing just plain suck. There might be some shining "gold standards", but they rarely show their faces. I'm also aware of the style of judging (I've been ringside before) and it's a myth that a judge might see a completely different fight due to the angles being presented.

    - The sport of boxing cannot progress in the public eye with results like that! As a fan/writer/historian, I always have to explain boxing at great length to my "non-boxing" friends. I wish the action could speak for itself, but instead we get bull**** like what happened last night. So I sat there talking about different boxing commission rules, and I felt like a damn lawyer at a divorce proceeding. I was the only one knowledgeable enough to talk about what happened, and I could tell nobody really cared since the result was so bizarre.
