The worst thing about this time of year is going to bed after a fight and the Suns already up. No matter how many times I do it, it always feels wrong.
This is the first time in over 6 months that I would have stayed up two weeks in a row for fights and you are completely right- I closed my eyes last week to get some kip and even then it was still bright. Not as bad as Diaz-Malignaggi 1 last year, though. It was like 7 when it all finished, if I remember correctly. That didn't feel right at all!
It's even worse when you have the adrenaline of knowing you've seen a great fight keeping you awake as well. I remember when I stayed up for the Cotto-Margarito fight I actually had to get up and go for a walk as I couldn't get to sleep, think the programme finished around 6ish. Ahh, the glory nights of Setanta, feeling very nostalgic as I type this.
I've just been talking/flirting with Eddie Mustafa Muhammad's daughter and she tells me Chad can't wait to put the science on pascal.
When i wake up at 1pm i got to go for a 2mile jog, hope this fight is worth it, i stayed up till 3am watching the Murray fight re-run last night. These late nights
Cannot resist when its free on Sky Sports! ****ing brilliant lately: Mosley-May - FREE Williams - Cintron - FREE Mitchell - Katsidis - FREE Khan - ***naggi - FREE
If The Magic Man wobbled Diaz pretty good, I don't think it's completely out of the question that he could get Khan's respect.
Eyes down. Here we go!! Cintron getting the big 'un!!! "He crushed virtually all his foes"......except the good ones!!!
