Dude, make up your mind. In the last thread we were arguing in you said he wasn't throwing effective punches because he was running. If he was running while throwing punches then he was fighting off his back foot. Which one is it? Was he trading then moving, or was he fighting off his back foot? Because neither one of those fits the description of a runner (ala DLH - Tito) which YOU said Cotto - Marg was just different shades of.

I never said he wasn't hurt in the 2nd, what I did say is that he clearly won rounds 3 - 6, which may have been 5 (haven't seen the fight since it was live) considering he was again hurt in the 6th.

 

This is a pointless argument. Running, retreating, constantly moving. Whatever you want to call it, that's what Cotto did. It really doesn't matter anyway. He was constantly retreating and still got beat up.

Cotto won rounds 3-5. However, he was getting beat up in those rounds. When you're retreating that early, are unable to hurt your opponent, and you're taking a good amount of punishment, it's only a matter of down before you get broken down.
