Williams: "Cotto Ain't Nothin But A Ten Round Fighter"

Who cares how many rounds fighter you are...as long as you knock people out?

 

Cintron already pulled out of a fight with Williams last February. Besides, Cintron just got his ass KO'd by a guy Williams already beat. Di Bella won't make Cintron's comeback fight against Willams, and Williams gains nothing from that fight. Cintron would get knocked out anyway.

 

Here's the funny thing. Many people, including Cotto fans, said Cotto lost because of a lack of stamina. Williams basically says the same thing and gets toasted.

He's called out Cotto several times only to be ignored. Arum claimed he would potentially match Cotto up with the winner of Margo/Williams, provided that it was a good fight. It was a damn good fight and Top Rank pretended like Williams didn't exist after the fight.

 

Whats your point bigreg? So instead Cotto fought Mosley, was that fight not credible? Did it not entertain you? Did you miss Quintana-Williams 1? Are you pretending that fight never happened to somehow make a claim that Williams is hot ****?

My point is that the poster I responded to said Williams should go fight Cotto. However, Cotto nor Top Rank, have shown any real interest in that fight. You can't fight someone who doesn't want to fight you.

So every fighter should be dismissed because they lose? Margo has 5 losses, one of them to Williams. No one has a problem with him saying he's the best WW, and thereby better than the guy that beat him. Williams avenged his loss. He beat Quintan so badly that Los didn't even want a rubbermatch.

I already have. Williams is getting bashed for saying what many posters on here have alreadty said; Cotto has stamina issues. He's also getting bashed for trying to fight the best out there. Hello, everyone on here kills fighters for not trying to fight the best comp. My point is simple, you guys are a bunch of hypocrites. What, is Williams supposed to sit around and fight scrubs just because he lost a decsion to Quintana? Is he supposed to sit there and wait for the top guys to call him to make a fight? Because that's not going to happen.

 

Before. If you actually followed the sport instead of talking out of your ass all the time, you would know this.

 

I have no problem with Cotto fighting Mosley. However, how can you get on Williams about fighting Cotto when Cotto doesn't want to fight him?
