That was his best round in ages! Why pull him out there? He didn't seem in that much trouble.....fair play to him in that last round anyway, he showed good heart there. Overall it was a pretty fine performance from Daws, his handspeed was good and for the most part he kept his defence very tight. He seems a smart fighter but prone to letting his guard down in periods.

I would love to see how Frankie fairs against him in a couple fights time...hopefully Frank can find an opponent to take him 10 rounds before the year ends and set up a British shot early 2011.

 

Was surprised to see King shake his head and I'm sure he has seen worse beatings than that.

strange one that . Yes williams had some nasty cuts but there were only two rounds to go , he'd just had a good round , he looked in good shape he knew where he was . Ok he needed a stopage to win which i doubt he would have got but he was in no danger of getting seriously hurt and if he'd gone on williams would have been able to say he'd gone 12 rounds with the british champion

 

scoring from judges....shocking. had Lenny up by a fair few. Good performance. Hope Williams keeps at it...he need to learn to cut ring off better. Train Track fighter...could be decent though.

 

If Williams won the last two rounds, he would have got a MD. Don't know how it was that close though.
