Who wins and why? Assume for argument's sake the bout was set for September.

Hopkins wins cause he is much bigger and Williams is really tailor-made, apart for his stamina.

Hopkins is gonna be pushin 50 soon if he keeps it up, If PW can take his punches than I can see him outworking the 44 or 45 yr old to a clear UD, A young Hopkins wins by KO though.

Does anyone think there's even a remote chance of something like this happening?

    What's B-Hops doing now, anyway?

Hopkins said he would fight Paul but I don't know if he was serious or not. Paul would take it. He wants the fight.

williams would outwork bhop...shades of calzaghe fight but bhop may have the stamina this time...it's hard to give the close rounds to the dirty fighter

If this was at 170....I tend to favor Hopkins, but Williams could definitely give him a lot of problems.

Paul could possibly outwork him to the decision but Hops would impose his superior strength as well. A good clash of styles.

Hopkins would also undoubtedly try to mug Williams on the inside and clinch as much as possible to tame his work rate.

As a big fan of Hopkins, I really wonder what he's gonna do next.

Personally, I'd rather see him fight Williams than Adamek.

I think he'd beat Adamek. I just think maybe Paul should wait before putting on that much weight for a fight but I'd would not mind seeing that one.

Hopkins. Williams is in danger of having to take fights that are too dificult for him. He needs to start finding Light Middle or Middleweight (tops) fights.

He might beat Adamek, but in my eyes, Adamek is a much bigger risk than Williams, if for no other reason than the fact that Adamek can really punch.

Yeah, it's riskier but just based on Adamek's power. The style is favorable for Bernard though.
