I think he should go for 154 title, how about Forrest.

Absolutely. With his frame, if he can carry his power, he could win belts from 147 - 175. No reason to go back to welter if the names there won't fight him, it would just be a waste of his time as he moves on to bigger and better things.

I like what williams is doing in terms of sitting on his punches better. I agree with the rest 154 is looking real good for the guy, like i say its always santos, forrest, sergii, spinks, and julio to fight all worthy opponents and greene and kirkland someday in the future when those two become seasoned.

It's not who he beat it's how he beat them.

Kolle went 6 rounds with Andre Ward and wasn't dropped and the fight was stopped inbetween rounds.

Williams came out coming up from 147 and DESTROYED him.

With Abraham and Pavlik slowly creeping up in weight, Paul Williams would rule the roost at 160.

to early to tell , how would he fair against someone he won't be able to KO ..
What happen when he has to take a little and give a little past 6 rounds.

I don't him doing that to a fighter of Abraham caliber.

He doesn't. He is a welterweight, he was a welterweight vs a **** middleweight. Theres a difference between being 6 foot+ and having a MW build and being a 6 foot+ rake with a tiny frame. The mans business is at welterweight for now and he would have to take some time to actually properly become a middleweight if he really wanted to.

If he can beat Margo in a rematch, then maybe he should move up to 154 and try pickup a title there against Forrest or someone, and steadily build up his size to MW size if he is serious about competing there with top guys.

Williams said in his post fight interview that he loves fighting at WW. It looks like he's going to stay there for a while. His promoter or someone representing him said that they can't get no WW to get in the ring with him. Marg, Judah, and Mosley all turned him down.
