    No No No ... :nono

The Lara-Molina fight was a very close fight, and very hard to score. There's no way to even compare the Molina fight to this one!!! Lara completely beat up Williams at will and Williams couldn't touch him. Stop the non-sense.

    ;)

You haven't seen enough fights. I can think of worse robberies just in the past few years:

    Shumenov - Campillo II

    Funeka - Guzman I

    Raiymkulov - Huerta

That's just in the US and off the top of my head.

What Paul Williams was doing could hardly be called punching. The Martinez knockout must have really ****ed him up because he couldn't throw a proper punch in that fight to save his life, he spent most of the time just tapping Lara on the arms and side with the inside of his glove.

From the Williams-Lara fight should be dragged out to the street in and shot for all the public to see. How the FOOK could they score that fight the way they did? I guess Lara will join Matthyesse. American, please get it together with your judges...

I didn't do a RBR for HBO because the much better Showtime card was on at the exact same time.

IMO Lara won in the neighborhood of 9 or 10 rounds. He was the cleaner puncher, simple as that.

There's all this rhetoric about "inside game", "volume", and "ring generalship" to support the idea of Williams winning more than a couple of rounds.

His "inside game" didn't seem to bother or deter Lara much. Williams is huge compared to Lara. Point blank uppercuts didn't make the smaller Cuban flinch once.

His "volume" constituted mostly slaps, and a shocking number of them missed (and Lara wasn't even doing anything especially slick defensively).

His "ring generalship" didn't exist. Dumb posters are basically seeing "ring forwardship" and treating it as the same thing. It isn't. If you plod face-first into a million flush left hands, you are not the ring general. When do you ever hear anyone praising Antonio Margarito for his "ring generalship", especially against movers/counter-punchers?

Every robbery is deemed the worst ever. You ****s forgot about Lewis-Holyfield 1? What about Martinez-Cintron? Ottke-Reid? The debacle that never was in Airich-Williams?

At least with Williams-Lara you can make the argument(which I don't believe) of Williams winning based on activity.

Maybe by a few clowns, but not often by this many people.

The sticking point here is how few rounds Williams deserved in actuality. It isn't like Lara deserved a 7-5 win and got unlucky. He came within spitting distance of a shutout on any fair card.

When i heard the first judges score at 114-114 i already knew what time it was. It would be cool if the judges could be interviewed right after they put out these bull**** ass scorecards and Jim gray should be the one to question them. No way could you score if for Williams. Williams didn't do enough to get a draw let alone a win.
