Williams-Mossley would anyone here be interested in it?

Not until PW rematches Cintron. I hate Cintron and all but that fight was fixed from the get go. I think Cintron TKOs him in the middle rounds. I believe PWs chin has cracked since the Martinez fight.

But if it does get made and MOsley lands that overhand right which im positive he would then its lights out for PW.

    I'm skeptical.

IMO PWill is a prime candidate on the hitlist of Rico Spadafora, 46-0 and yesihavearm2.

Tell that to the fools who were saying said he hits harder than Shane. The things is this though. What other boxer at 147 apart from Shane would've been able to make Marg go on the back foot like that so early on in the fight. Marg doesn't respect anyones power but he did that night, and early too.

I would expect Williams to beat Shane. Too much height, too high a punch output and too long a reach. I'm saying though, Mosley has enough power to hurt Williams and pull off an upset if he's not carefull.

People using the PBF as a way of measuring Mosley are just idiots. They fight nothing alike. And your saying because PBF did this PW will do it too.

If you want to use a fight to gauge a possible Mosley-PW fight then you would have to use the Margarito figth as they fight they same way.
And if you go by that fight then you PW huggers dont have a strong point for a win so of course yuo use the fight where Mosley got beat.

You have already said in past posts that you hate PW.

It's evident. I'm not claiming to be even remotely unbiased about him, but you take the cake. But it's all good, man. Just try to act a little objective.

No one is claiming that Paul will do the same thing Floyd will do. he's not the same type of fighter. But what we do know, is that Shane tired rather quickly against Floyd, and if he doesn't get Paul out of there by the 5th, the odds of him winning will begin to diminsh quickly.

I would hate to see Shane lose to someone he would've broke down and beat pretty easily in his hey-day. Losing to Williams would confirm he is done for good, at 39 he really shouldn't be fighting.

Now he has a glass chin because he's been down once in 40 fights???

C'mon man, you're smarter than that. Margarito and his bricks couldn't come close to buzzing him, and he took countless bombs after being hurt in the 1st Round against Sergio. You just don't do that with a glass chin.

I saw spaghetti legs a few times over the course of the Martinez fight.

That's why I was excited for the Cintron fight. If he could take some bombs and still come through to win the fight, I would think differently.

I want to see Williams fight again. I like the Mosley matchup because it represents a similar challenge that Cintron would. Mosley does have one-punch KO power, I don't care what anyone in here says.

Sugar takes it. PWIll gets hit way to easy.

I don't understand you ppl saying Shane is shot based on the PBF fight. The guy fought the best fighter out there and the best pure boxer and a bad stylistic mathcup for him.

I personally don't want to see Shane get ko'd and that's exactly what would happen. Mosley doesn't have the one shot power to hurt PW and that would be his only chance anyway. I want PW/Mayweather but PW will always be younger and bigger than Floyd so it's not even a remote possibility. I'd be more intersted in Cintron/Mosley, let the losers face off.

Cintron has a history of fading and melting down under pressure mid to late rounds in fights. No doubt in my mind Williams was starting to turn it up I doubt Cintron would have won another round after the fourth.

Of course....Shane is still a very good fighter.....he just didn't perform well in his fight with Floyd. His confidence seemed to lack and it showed in how he was unsure of what tactical path to take to try and defeat Floyd.

Now.....Paul will beat Shane in my honest opinion but I think he'll be a lot more confident with Paul b/c he will be faster and have the ability to see openings. He'll loose but it will be entertianing and that's what I want. A very entertaining fight. They'll deleiver.

no way. Mosley looked slow in his last fight. The young Mosley would have been competitive. Mosley is finished and if he fought Williams he would lose a wide decision.

Yes i would love to see that Fight

I feel Mosley will have an edge if its at 147

But Paul Williams will have the edge if its at 154

I feel Paul Williams is at his very best when hes at 154,He growned into a true Jr.Middleweight

Shane was never a true Jr.Middleweight

His best chance will be to bring Williams back down to 147 a weight he hasnt been competing in a for a while
