I hated the first fight. As soon as it started getting interesting Cintron fell out of the ring due to PW's clumsiness. Their styles don't mesh well I think but I can't blame Cintron if he demands to a rematch.

it's not that I think he jumped out of the ring on purpose, its that I think he could have gotten up immediately and finished the fight rather than wait for the ringside doctor to come over and him whine and ***** while laying outside the ring. can you imagine Angulo or Manny or anyone who's actually tough doing what Cintron did?? no. with that said, I really want to see a Cintron/Williams rematch. Cintron had a decent chance in that fight and he blew it, but Im still interested in that match-up. I wouldn't be surprised if it happens after Williams loses to Martinez

Cintron's been in acouple of bogus fights, from the Martinez fight to the Williams fights. He does add some drama to fights even if it's not in a good way, but he has looked better and improved as a fighter that's for sure. A rematch with Williams, Martinez, or Angulo would all be fights I'd be interested in seeing, just hope no more crying or somersaults. Cintron thinks he's Jackie Chan flying through those ropes.

Cintron is a top 5 154 without a doubt, however, I don't blame networks for staying far away...

OK, fair enough - but I would also think that being launched out of the ring like that would really, really shock and confuse you (in addition to maybe knocking the wind out of you)... and that ring doctor did hold Cintron down.
I think we're talking about a weird combination of factors that led to this unfortunate outcome. If that were the case - I could imagine even Angulo or Manny not being able to get back into the ring, yes. It's impossible to say for certain.
At least, there is no definite evidence that Cintron showed a lack of heart in that fight, and that should be enough to grant him a rematch or another big fight very soon.

I don't want to see that rematch cause the first fight was boring thanks to Cintron style in which he move away way too much. But why should Williams fight Cintron again if he beats Martinez that he might actually fight Pacquiao?

Oh yeah, that's right, what a boring style Cintron has - moving away so much that he's only managed to score 28 KOs in his 32 wins. He's a regular Paulie Malignaggi, he is.

Did Cintron use the same stick and move style before he met shields? Didn't think so. Cintron new style made it a boring fight in which no network wants to see Williams vs Cintron again.

Like you can judge the character of an entire 12-round fight from what happened over four rounds. Nonsense.
Nobody can predict what would've happened once the fight heated up a little (and I thought it was beginning to do so).

Cintron wouldn't be on my top 50 list, if I were to sum up fighters who could be accused of having a "boring" style.

ONLY PPL who would not want to see a rematch are PWILL fans that are afraid Cintron can beat their boy's ass....IMO

The fight was embarrassing. I'm not against a rematch, but Cintron need to fight 2 or 3 times before to get some credibility back. Hell, the guy is good enough to compete with Williams and Martinez so he'll get another chance at a title but who wants to pay to see him fight these days ?

Cintron, please retire. HBO please never show another fight with him again.
