Williams vs Cotto Who win's

Cotto in spectacular fashion in a fight that would chase Williams from the division. Worst possible matchup for the Punisher.

 

I think Cotto would break Paul down on the inside. Cotto keeps his hands in a high guard, so Willaims wont connect with anything too solid. Paul has that wide open body. I think Cotto wins by (t)ko.

 

If PW fights like he did last night I feel he could win. Specially with Cottos chin not being 100% and his defense lacking.

You people are getting way too carried away with Williams after last night's win. Williams is improving and I wouldn't be too surprised if he were to rule the division one day, but for now I'd say Cotto still would find it too easy to work his way inside on Williams and he'd get a clear UD victory.

 

Williams would consistently overshoot, and Miguel is very clever at using angles to get inside. Once there, he would administer a beating to PW's open body.

 

I can't wait for this fight to happen, i hope it happens after the margo fight, williams did not impress me last night, he was sloppy and all over the place like usual, he caught quintana with a great straight left and just went crazy, he probably landed 2 or 3 punches out of the 40 or 50 he threw while quintana was in trouble.

 

I don't know . . . a very hard call to make . . . but definitely I'm rooting for Cotto.

A very hard fight for both. It's got to be Cotto by K.O. or Williams by points.

 

That is easier said than done, especially when its miguel cotto we are talking about.

 

It's fortunate for Williams that he didn't have to go many rounds last night where the effects of weight draining would come into play. He would have to go rounds with Cotto though and I think Cotto would get to him later in the fight and win.

 

He had the man hurt and was all over him with bombs, missing some punches should be expected.
