Although Margarito came on in the second half, Paul Williams turned it up in the 12th round, winning it and the fight itself, clearly. He did take punches, but by no means was he a beaten man.

Seems that many people forget that the first fight was actually very close. Margarito had Williams hurt in the later stages of the fight. This time Margarito starts faster and TKO's Williams in 10.

This fight if it indeed goes down could go either way.

I'll say the Williams that dismantled Quintana in 1 round wins by decision. If it's the Williams from the first fight, then I will say Margarito by decision.

Oh God , here we go again with Williams.
Williams looked like he had been run over by a bus by the end of the fight.
He appeared to have been badly beaten up.
Although I thought Williams lost the fight, he did end up with the W.

Margarito should not even consider Williams right now, but rather concentrate on trying to draw Floyd or Oscar out for the big money, and then fight Williams after that.

I pick TONY by knockout over Williams between rounds 7-11

Williams went from a clear UD loss to avenging it by first round KO. The man has the size and workrate to match Tony and he is a better boxer. I like PW by decision again.

Paul williams will always present problems but i think This Marg would be tip top shape, not rusty and have a point to prove.

Margo comes in as the favorite, having beaten the better fighter in Cotto more recently then Williams over a lesser opponent in Quintana. BUT, that doesnt change the fact that Williams style is nightmarish for Margo (and the reason he won the first one...).

Williams strives off a tremendous workrate from the outside, while Margo is the same...only from the inside. And in that first fight...where did the majority of the fighting happen??? Williams getting off in bunches will keep Tony out of where he can be most effective and he will be outworked yet again.

Unless of course Paul gets stopped...which can happen, as Margo does throw with power...but Williams has shown he has a damn good beard, so. Lets just say Im going with the more LIKELY of an outcome.

Williams will not think twice. He's been with Margo before and he won that fight. If Margo will implement a different fight strategy, Williams is also proven to adjust excellently (see Williams-Quintana 1 & 2).

Williams won the 1st fight so he's the favorite in the rematch fight.

Remember that the 6'1" Williams is the only opponent that the 5'11" Margarito literally looked up to...

Berto is like Floyd, but without the world class defensive skills.

Styles make fights. People seem to overhype Margarito now, which is a huge mistake - he is STILL too slow for Mayweather and still to slow for Williams.

I think the rematch would be closer than the first one but I would still favour Williams over Margarito. The same strategy will work.

Much closer this time around but the boxing style and all out offensvie output would be too much for Marg once again. Paul is a good enough boxer to counter Marg off angles, use his jab to off set Marg and has enough stamina to keep Marg more defensive than offensive.

Now Marg will get his spots where he shines, but I expect Paul to weather the storm and make a statement. In the end it's a UD for Paul. Marg does well but ultimately loose due to being outworked.
