Williams vs. Martinez : Who did you score it for?

Paul was getting clowned in that fight, I'm sorry. Martinez did more than enough to win that fight.

Martinez by 2 rounds..he won this fight, and no i could not see williams winning it. It was close but it wasnt a toss-up.

 

There is no way anyone, apart from the deluded judge, could give the third to Williams. No way.

Anyway, Martinez was better all night. Cleaner, harder, more accurate punches. He deserved the win. Unlike Williams, he was never hurt. I thought Williams was three or four times.

 

MARTINEZ 7-5

He landed the more solid punches and he landed to the body and the head. Martinez took over the fight when he started using the straight left to the body. I think martinez won the first 3, williams won the next 3, and about round 7 or eight martinez took over.

 

I also had Martinez by 2 points.

 

I am trying to figure out my chicken scratch...not sure...most people have that round for Martinez...if I messed it up...114-114 on my card.

115-113 for the Punisher. Very close fight, and it could of certainly gone the other way. I predicted it would be a tough fight for Williams, even tougher than the Pavlik fight, and it served right. Martinez, like Williams is one the best fighters out there. Both are warriors lets see it again.
