I want to hear nothing further in the way of Maguire hype.

 

Najah Alis record is VERY deceptive. He lost to Walsh who is a classy operator and he lost to Bayaar in a close fight where Shinny was on an 8 fight win streak and just got the British belt. Quality win over Broadhurst and maybe a controversial fight last time.

A bit of clever match making and he can be better than his record suggests.

 

Great win for Ali, I'm pleased for him and although I am a staunch supporter for better competitive match making like this but it probably would have been a better idea to have this over 4 rounds considering Maguire hasn't been in the ring for two years.

That was a fight of 2 halves, Ali's body work in rounds 4 and 5 took the fight right out of Maguire, lovely bodyshot to drop him as well.
