Williams beats Pac to a comfortable UD or maybe a late KO. There is no way in hell Pac will be put in with Williams. I would love if he did it and proved me wrong though. At this point, you'd be weary of backing anyone up to 154 beat Pac but I do think Williams has too many advantages. It would make for an exciting fight though.

Pac doesn't have the one-punch power, and he will take too many uppercuts and overhand lefts. Paul ain't Clottey, and he's actually the exact opposite. He is probably one of the few guys that can throw more punches than Pac. And he ain't backin up. He will apply relentless pressure whether he's eating punches or not.

 

Williams is massively overrated,hes has an height advantage over almost anybody but doesnt use that advantage,he throws alot of punches but most of them are arm punches and he has an habit of smother his own punches,he has a tendency to trade punches and with his leaky defense that would be a big mistake against Pac,Paul would go into the fight underestimating Pac's power like many have done before and would get his jaw shattered around the tenth round,Pac KO 10.

 

Pac's camp has already came out and publically said they are afraid of Williams. No need to even speculate about this.

I would have said Williams by murder back in the day, now I don't know. After that Martinez fight and after seeing pac improve, can't be too sure
