haha, it was a decent first fight at 160. though i have to admit you look at cats like duran and hearns who jumped in feet first, better or worse, when they jumped divisions and fought much better competition(even mayweather ie: corley).

I've never seen anyone get so much flak for a stay busy fight two divsions North of where he fights. Did we all forget that Williams has a fight scheduled for Nov? Anyway, he says wants to clean out 147. He's already beat Margo, so that only leaves Berto and Clottey. Hopefully those fights can be made within the next 12 months.

 

I'm not giving him flak. Not giving him much credit, and not giving him much flak. It was a stay busy fight. I like fighters to take on stay busy fights.

the fact that PW can make 147 and throw over 1000 punches is very impressive though. Usually weight drained fighters don't have that kind of stamina.

 

What did Pauls victory really prove? whether its Eric Crumble at 147 or 160 the result will be the same
