Absolutely great first round, both caught each other with some very big punches. Hyland getting involved in Casey's kind of fight to much, but holding his own. Hyland was winning it for me until Casey landed a big uppercut that swung it for me.

    Very close but 10-9 Casey.

No problem BB, this fight got forgotten a bit in the mix of all the others.

Another terrific round. Hyland getting involved in too much of a brawl and getting caught too much. Great round but clearly Casey's for me.

    10-9 Casey.

Casey dominant. Hyland not as active and needs to revert to his better boxing as he simply doesnt have the power to discourage Casey.

    10-9 Casey again.

Well, can't exactly complain, but a bit questionable stoppage nontheless. Nice fight as long as it lasted.

It's all over in round 4. Hyland gets caught on the ropes and remains on them for over a minute taking a constant barrage of shots, prompting the ref to step in. Great fight, congratulations Willie!

Yeah, he didnt exactly look hurt, but definitely seemed to give up on it and just stay on the ropes for far too long.

 Casey plans to fight in either December or January or both before fighting Martinez in Feb/March. Fair play to him for that.

Bad stoppage,he was blocking most of them on his arms, although to be fair Willie looked too strong for Hyland..

I dont think he had given up,he was hurt by a body shot and was trying to get his second wind but you cant lie against the ropes and take all those shots and not fight back..

Actually I think the stoppage was based simply on the rules. Protect your self at all times. Hyland didn't obey this rule. He wasn't out on his feet but the right hook that landed on his rib cage winded him badly. He then took 20+ unanswered punches on the ropes over 30 seconds. A lot of ref's would have stopped it.
