Willie Felipe vs Clarence Tillman farce

    Tillman drops Felipe badly several times in the 2nd and 3rd, Tillman was less agressive in the 1st and 4th (last) but was always landing the cleaner more effective punches, yet this fight was judged a draw?! What a farce! Is it because Willie fights for the promoter's gym or because he's Australian and Tillman is a yank or a combo of both?? Decisions like this are destroying the sports credibility!

    They judged it a draw! Not sure which fight they were watching! Tillman's head movement and countering was too much for Felipe, who at one stage nearly went flying through the ropes from a Tillman hook, Clarence was obviously enjoying himself out their too.

    Nothing new mate...people say other countries are bad.
    Our countries judges & state commissions are up with the worst of them.

    It cant work mathematically at all,winning 2rnds 10/8 is pretty much an automatic win unless the other 2rnds also carry a knockdown of him.what the!

    winner was to fight Demori and Demori wasnt keen so they called it a draw!

    It was the worst decision I have ever been involved in. Next time I come to Australia I see I will have to knock the guy out. And that suits me just fine!!!

    My friends and I left before the decision to beat the crowd thinking you'd obviously get the W but heard the announcement from the parking lot. How many times you gotta knock a guy down in 4 rounds to win? Willie's a tough guy but you made him look amatuerish at times. Good luck in the future I hope this experiance won't stop you from fighting out here again it was fun to watch you at work!

    Which state was this fight contested ?. I find it hard to understand how it could be a draw.

    If Tillman was winning the rounds and knocked down his opponent. He should have won the fight.
    Were the Knockdowns given counts?.

    To top it off it won't go on my record because it was told to me that it was a kickboxing match with no kicks...WTF...So I get robbed out of a win and a fight on my record...Please dont worry next time I fight in Aus Im going for the knockout from the opening bell...I tried to help the guy out by not killing him and slacked off in the last round Ray Charles could see I could hit him at will the next guy will not be so lucky....Thanks guys:bbb
