Willie Kickett: The most naturally talented fighter since Roy?

Ive seen a few of willies fights and yes he is a decent prospect but the title of this article is hilerious , i would also like to see the St Clair fight as i heared glass jawed Amir khan handled him esier than Kickett did , both these kids are equal the only difference is kickett ain't fought a fella like Prescott yet . Love to see how that panned out as well ,Bull**** Hype is a dangerous thAng , Ask Khan .

I'd love to be proven wrong, but i cant see Kickett winning a world title. His power will let him down. St Claire was able to walk forward and pressure him all night because he has no sting to hold Gairy off. The elite fighters will walk through him even easier.

If u want comparisons, forget Roy, (no one compares to Roy, once in a lifetime fighter), he's a lot like Mundine. Flashy, hard to hit, but not as heavy handed, and Mundine isnt even that powerful himself.

So sorry, Willie is a good talent, and has heart, but i cant see him matching the Diaz's of the world.

I like Cool Willie and I am looking forward to the Elmoar fight in a few weeks time. Willie is talented but not in the same batch as Roy.

 

The fight with elmoar will prove a good measuring stick for Wille. My feel is that Elomar has very little chance here, but it will be good to see where Willie has developed since his last performance. I'd be keen to see how Willie's career pans out after this fight. I wan't to see him up to the tag bestowed upon him. I think he can do it, certainly, another Ozzie boxer on the international scene.
