    Hi Willie,

when i say i would loose respect for you for fighting for the WBU belt, its because i would loose respect for any boxer fighting for the WBU. I feel that the money you spend paying the sanctioning fees to the WBU would be much better used going towards a better level of opponent. A few thousand pounds could be the difference between a WBU bum and a former European or British champion. I no what I would rather see and it would also push you up the British rankings.

I accept your situation is difficult currently, and that without a promoter its difficult to get a domestic title fight, and me saying i would loose "all" respect for you is harsh. apolagies for that. however i would loose respect for you and anyone that fights for the WBU as the WBU tarnishes the reputation of the sport I love.

I think everyone on this thread wishes there was no such thing as the WBU, and i feel the only way to make that a possibility is to slag off, diminish and disregard the belt as much as possible.

Good luck with your career I will always support you and respect you for risking your life in the ring, but the WBU........it makes me mad.

i understand what your saying, but for me to go higher up the ratings who would i fight as im rated 4th in britain just now, with thaxton, murray and khan above me, so i would need to fight one of those guys to move up the rankings, and unless im in one of their camps its going to be hard to secure a fight with any of those lads
