The ATG at featherweight versus the phenominally fast Camacho at perhaps his best weight...

Would be a great fight, Willie Pep has no power, so he wont intimidate Hector. Hector is the faster fighter, but willie pep has superior defense. I like hector here because I dont see willie pep giving the bigger and faster Hector Camacho a boxing lesson.

    I'd take Willie Pep here.

Pep won't intimidate Camacho with his punches but I believe that likewise Camacho won't intimidate Pep with his punches either. Pep went the distance with lightweights like Sammy Angott, Willie Joyce and Paddy DeMarco, so he can handle the punches of someone like Camacho I feel.

Despite Camacho being slightly physically stronger, to me it will simply come down to who the better boxer is. It will be a battle of Camacho's faster hands and better power vs. Pep's faster feet, better defense, better combination punching ability and general trickery.

    I'd take Pep 9 rounds to 6.

Hector would take Willie by at score of 8-6-1, or 8-7, but it could go Willie's way under the right circumstances.
